DLAKE is a "producer, DJ, Musician type of fellow who enjoys music for music's sake." He calls his music a fusion of hip hop and electronic dance, which you can usually catch in the Baltimore/DC metro area or some place far far away. Subterranean Studios is run by grand poobah Luke, where they specialize in vidoegraphy, screen printing, video production and just about anything multimedia you can think of. Forbes would call it one the 100 best places to work, except they are tied up with so-called "big" companies and have little love for the little man.

JWall is a character on MTV, and also the moniker of Jason, a relentlessy self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low-grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. Also someone who survived living with me for several years and helped build a man out of soda cans. His continued edumucation at the University of Denver led to the birthing of this entertaining site.

MEETING provides a look at some of music's biggest stars as well as those on their way up. It goes further than "when is your album out," allowing viewers to send in their questions and probes the more personal side of the artists. Hosted by stars Grace Gyemfi and Nyree Berry, the show can be seen on UMTV or online at umtv.umd.edu click "Live TV."
